Your tour guide will provide you with fun facts about the sites’ history and provide insider tips that will be helpful and may help you plan the rest of your visit in Chania.

In Good Morning Chania Bike Tour you can. We have baby seats on the back of a parent’s bike for ages from 1y.o. till 4 y.o. and Tagalongs (co-pilot) for ages from 4 till 9 y.o. ( till 35kg) and bicycles 24’’ for ages over 9 y.o. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

Tours can be booked up to 24h in advance but it’s preferable to reserve a few days ahead of the tour date.

Clients must wear helmets on our tours for insurance purposes.

In the event of rain at the start of the tour, clients will be asked whether they prefer to join the tour all the same, reschedule or get a full refund. If it starts raining during the tour, the guide will supply you with raincoats.

Absolutely not. From beginners to everyday riders, this is your vacation and it happens at your pace.

You can either reserve a bike tour via our website booking form or in person in our office. In both cases you are directly informed on the availability. We will ask for the names of all participants and their approximate heights so we may fit each rider with the appropriate size bike. Walk-ups are welcome if space is available. Tours fill quickly and reservations are strongly recommended.

Tours which take place within the Old City of Chania are not challenging. The City Center tour is suitable for everyone. The pace is always slow and we stop regularly during the tour. The Chania Exploration Bike Tour require customers to be more experienced riders. Clients must know how to ride a bike for all the tours!.

Guests are responsible for: choosing a tour that corresponds to their abilities, fitness level and state of health; arriving on time for the start of the tour; arriving at the meeting point with clothing and gear suitable to the time of year; respecting the laws and customs of Greece; following environmental guidelines and regulations while on the tour, in accordance with the tour leader’s instructions; respecting the rights and privacy of other tour participants. An individual may be asked to leave a tour if the Tour Leader feels that the person’s continued participation may prove detrimental to the individual and/or his/her well-being, as well as the safety, enjoyment and well-being of other guests, including the Tour Leader.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour is scheduled to depart so that we can fit your bike and you can fill out the waiver form. You can also print out the waiver, fill it out, and bring it with you.

If you join one of our guided tours you are not responsible in the event the bike is stolen. This is the sole responsibility of Chania Bike Tours.

Kids Till 20kg – babyseat cost : 5 euros | Kids from 5-9 y.o. ( child trailer ) 20€ | Kids from 10-16 y.o. 25€ | Participants aged over 16y.o. are charged the same as adults.

At least 8 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time – no cancellation fee. | 4-7 calendar days in advance – 30% cancellation fee. | Within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time – 100% cancellation fee. | The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train, etc.) within 3 days of the scheduled tour.
